1. SIZING & CUSTOM FITS 📐🐶
Q: How do I choose the right size for my dog?
A: We recommend measuring your dog's chest girth (broadest part of the chest), back length (from the base of the neck to the base of the tail), and neck circumference. If you are ordering a custom-tailored piece, simply provide these measurements at checkout!
Q: What if my dog is between sizes or broad-chested?
A: Our sweaters feature anatomical designs and stretchy knitwear tailored for various dog shapes (including French Bulldogs and Dachshunds). Reach out to us at support@petthrough.store, and we will happily guide you to the perfect fit.
2. PRODUCTS & MATERIALS 🧶✨
Q: What materials do you use for your sweaters?
A: All of our knitwear products are individually hand-knitted using 100% pure wool or soft, hypoallergenic wool blends that are gentle on your dog's coat and skin.
Q: How do I care for and wash the hand-knitted items?
A: We recommend gentle hand washing or a delicate wool machine cycle (max 30°C–40°C) using a mild wool detergent. Lay the item flat on a towel in the shade to dry to maintain its shape, softness, and elasticity.
3. ORDERS & SHIPPING 📦🚚
Q: How long does it take to make and ship my order?
A: Standard items are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom-tailored items take 2–5 business days for hand-knitting prior to dispatch. Delivery across Germany and the EU usually takes 2–7 business days via reliable logistics partners (such as FedEx).
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship throughout Germany, the European Union, and select international destinations worldwide.
4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES 🔄
Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: Standard, non-custom items can be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are unworn, clean, and free of pet hair. Custom-tailored items crafted to specific measurements cannot be returned unless defective.
