• Standard Items: Orders for non-custom items are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
• Custom-Tailored Items: Because every custom sweater is individually hand-knitted to your dog's exact measurements, production requires 2–5 business days before dispatch.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS 🚚🌍

• We utilize trusted logistics providers, including FedEx, for secure domestic and international deliveries across Germany and the European Union.
• Delivery times typically range between 2 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination and local carrier transit conditions.

3. SHIPPING RATES & FEES 💶

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.
